For the barbecue purist, we simmer "strips and bits" of our bison in our famous BBQ sauce until it melts in your mouth.

This Barbecue Bison was a favorite of SayersBrook that we recently brought back to inventory.

It is great on a sandwich or (my favorite)-over mashed potatoes. (it's similar to pulled pork-only its not shredded.

It's already cooked, so just heat it up and it's ready to eat. Just heat and serve. Makes ideal sandwiches.
